Director
KATIE MENDIS

Katie brings extensive experience in the disability and recruitment sectors, with a strong track record of success in diverse roles. At NextSense (formerly RIDBC), she served as part of the HR team, overseeing the recruitment of staff for specialist disability support positions, including speech pathologists, specialist teachers, administrative staff, and audiologists. Her focus was on delivering exceptional service to new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles at NextSense.
Katie also gained valuable expertise at Hays Recruitment, one of the world's leading specialists in recruitment and workforce solutions. There, she managed the recruitment of a high volume of temporary and contract workers for prominent clients, including NAB, CBA, Westpac, and St. George.
In addition to these roles, Katie has also worked for a number of years in a nursing agency as a Service Delivery Manager, further honing her skills in workforce management, client service delivery, and operational leadership. Her broad experience reflects a deep commitment to fostering professional excellence and impactful solutions across industries.
Senior Registered Nurse – High-Intensity Supports
TRACEY SAAR

When you live with quadriplegia, you need more than just nursing support — you need a team that truly understands complex spinal care, and an agency that can deliver highly skilled, consistent, and safe support at home.
Tracey Saar is a trusted Registered Nurse and RN Team Leader with over 40 years’ experience caring for ventilated quadriplegic clients, including long-term management of complex high intensity supports in the home environment. Tracey brings deep expertise in ventilation and tracheostomy management, respiratory monitoring and escalation, catheter (SPC) care, bowel care, pressure injury prevention, infection prevention, and recognising early signs of deterioration — ensuring clinical issues are addressed quickly and proactively.
With advanced clinical knowledge and a calm, steady presence, Tracey not only provides exceptional hands-on nursing care, but also supports the wider team through training, mentoring and clinical oversight, ensuring every staff member delivers care to the highest standard.
She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to build strong rapport with clients and families — bringing reassurance, dignity and stability to the day-to-day experience of complex disability support.
Administrative Support
NAVA GEORGE

Nava plays a key role in supporting the NavCare team through rostering coordination and day-to-day administrative support. She helps ensure shifts are scheduled smoothly, communication is clear, and the practical details behind care delivery run efficiently.
With a strong eye for organisation and a calm, reliable approach, Nava supports both staff and leadership by helping keep systems on track, responding to queries, and assisting with coordination tasks that enable our clinical team to focus on providing high-quality care.
Her behind-the-scenes support contributes to consistency, continuity, and a well-functioning team.
Practice & Training Lead (Registered Nurse)
HANNAH WHITE

Hannah White is an experienced Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with over 14 years’ clinical experience across hospital and community settings.
She brings valuable expertise in complex care coordination, including clinical oversight for high-intensity supports such as respiratory care needs, catheter (SPC) and bowel care routines, pressure injury prevention, medication safety, and recognising early signs of deterioration.
Hannah also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, enabling her to provide structured mentoring, coaching and competency support to staff.
In her role with NavCare, Hannah supports clients and families through clinical guidance, staff coordination, training and oversight, helping ensure care is delivered safely, consistently, and to the highest standard across the entire team.
